Continuity is a defining feature of the practice. You work directly with Jerome Siegel, PA-C, building a consistent, one-to-one medical relationship.

Our model prioritizes time and attention. Initial consultations are scheduled for 30 minutes, with follow-up visits also allotted 30 minutes, all conducted through a secure, private telehealth platform. This is not a high-volume practice.

Services include evaluation and management of testosterone deficiency (TRT), erectile dysfunction, cardiovascular risk screening, weight management, thyroid health, fertility considerations, sleep optimization, select acute care service, and other related men’s health concerns.
